Payment
50% upon accepting the quotation and 50% before publication or final delivery.
Start
Timelines begin after the first payment and receipt of all necessary materials, access and information.
Revisions
Each round is one consolidated set of adjustments. Later changes constitute a new round.
Extensions
Changes beyond the approved scope are quoted before work begins.
Support
Technical issues related to the approved scope are corrected for 14 days. New changes, content or features are excluded.
External materials
The client manages the domain, hosting, licences, materials, rights and permissions unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Legal copy
Legal notices, privacy and cookie policies, terms and other legal documents are excluded.
Specialist services
Logo design, naming, full corporate identity, advanced SEO, advertising, e-commerce, bookings, payments, private areas, web applications and bespoke development are excluded.
Final quotation
Each project is formalised through a tailored proposal that takes precedence over this information.
The final proposal specifies the approved scope, timelines, revisions and any expressly agreed extensions.
